"I always felt that I was on equal footing and was always welcomed in a positive, prompt manner. All issues were resolved through good communication ."

Autumn L. Lindquist is a member of the Bakke Norman, S.C. litigation team. Along with two other family law attorneys, they take complex divorce cases, post-divorce matters, child support and guardian ad litem work. Although, Autumn’s practice concentrates primarily in family law, she also represents some of our local municipalities and continues to practice in probate.

The attorneys at Bakke Norman, S.C. understand that resolution of legal disputes is often best accomplished outside of a courtroom. This is even more true in the area of family law. We understand that parties to a divorce, custody, or placement dispute will be more satisfied with an outcome in which they have had an opportunity to be heard and to mediate, rather than to have a judge dictate their future or the future of their children. However, there must also be a willingness and ability to take cases to trial when negotiation is no longer feasible. Autumn has tried cases involving complex business and financial matters, as well as sensitive placement disputes. She regularly appears in numerous circuit courts in Western Wisconsin.

After receiving her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Minnesota in 1998, Autumn earned her Juris Doctor from William Mitchell College of Law in 2001. Prior to joining Bakke Norman in 2005, she practiced in Trempealeau and Jackson counties for four years in a general law firm with a wide variety of cases, which included assisting Jackson County Corporation Counsel, various municipalities and businesses in the area.

Autumn lives in Hammond with her husband and two girls. She is also active in her church and community. Any spare time she has is spent playing in the park with her children, watching Disney movies or playing volleyball. Ms. Lindquist primarily practices out of the New Richmond office, but represents clients in wide geographic area of Wisconsin.
