Maureen Wegleitner came to the practice of law after a successful career in corporate America and as an entrepreneur. Maureen worked in the area of corporate health promotion for over ten years. As a senior program manager with StayWell Health Management, she implemented and directed health and fitness programs for several Fortune 500 companies. Prior to that she was employed by Control Data Corporation as a health promotion program administrator. This extensive business experience helps broaden Bakke Norman's understanding of our client's needs and expectations.
After receiving her BS degree from the University of Minnesota, Maureen received a Masters in Business (MBA) from University of St. Thomas, followed by a law degree (Juris Doctor) from Hamline University.
Maureen is a member of our transactional team and specializes in estate/trust planning, business law and residential and commercial real estate. She is licensed to practice in both Wisconsin and Minnesota.
Maureen and her husband, Ted, live in Hudson. They have three children. She is actively involved in St. Patrick's parish as a teacher for the Religious Formation Program, a sponsor for the Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults Program and serves on the Social Concerns Committee. Maureen also enjoys volunteering with Hudson youth sports and has served as a board member and coach with the Hudson Soccer Association, Hudson Basketball Association and St. Patrick's Athletic Committee.
