Terry specializes in Municipal Law, Real Estate and Estate Planning Law. He has represented cities, villages and towns all over Northwestern Wisconsin in many areas of municipal law including zoning, frac sand issues, impact fees, open meeting and public records laws, drafting ordinances, and board-of-review issues. Terry’s experience as head of software sales for a European company before becoming an attorney has also given him unique insight into Information Technology issues.
