Tom has over 35 years of experience representing closely held businesses.  He assists business owners with their personal, family and business transitions. Many of Tom’s clients have been with him for more than 25 years. Uniquely, he also represents several lawyers with their business and estate planning needs. As managing shareholder of Bakke Norman, a closely held business that faces the same issues as many of Tom’s clients, he brings both legal and practical in the trenches experience to assisting his clients.

Tom stays active as a basketball coach.  He also runs and plays golf. Tom is married with four children.
