January 1, 2021 –Bakke Norman is pleased to announce its newest Shareholders, Jason Brasch and Paul Mahler.

Jason Brasch is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Law School. Prior to joining Bakke Norman, he worked as an attorney for a large Midwest home improvement company. Jason concentrates his practice in commercial and residential real estate, closely held business succession planning, and mergers and acquisitions. He also assists individuals with estate planning.  Jason is a current board member of the Solo & Small Firm Practice Committee of the State Bar of Wisconsin and an executive officer of the St. Croix Valley Bar Association.

Paul Mahler is a graduate of the Mitchell Hamline School of Law. Paul represents numerous municipalities in western Wisconsin.  He has been advising government and private entity clients on all aspects of commercial real estate development for over 20 years. Paul also plays a major role in Bakke Norman’s mergers and acquisitions group. Paul’s legal knowledge and strong business and finance background permits him to efficiently complete his clients’ projects. Paul is also involved in local government, having served on the Town of Troy Planning Commission for over two decades.
