Our experienced employment attorneys represent both employers and employees, allowing us the unusual advantage of understanding how both sides in the employment relationship think, work and act.

Employer Representation

For employers, we focus on a proactive approach to prevent problems from occurring in the workplace. Our attorneys provide full-service representation to employers, including employee rights compliance and providing the tools to prevent potential claims by employees. Our employment law team will create, review and help implement employee handbooks to assure compliance with all applicable regulations and laws. We are available to consult with employers on daily concerns involving employees as the concerns arise. Effectively managing an employer’s risk is our priority.

In the event of an employee lawsuit, we adopt a creative approach to resolve cases before they become expensive, time consuming and distracting for the employer. Putting many years of experience to work, we will zealously defend an employer’s rights in court and administrative proceedings.

Employee Representation

Our employment attorneys have years of experience in successfully representing employees in all types of employment actions against current and former employers. We handle all types of discrimination, harassment and retaliation cases, including discrimination based on gender, age, disability, race and other protected statuses. We also handle wage and hour claims, Equal Pay Act claims, and claims for violations of disability laws and Family Medical Leave Act laws. Our extensive experience includes employee representation in state court, federal court and administrative proceedings. Employees should contact us early, when problems first arise, to benefit from our knowledge and guidance and take the right steps to promote their rights and maximize their potential recovery.
